Our journey begins in the mountains of the - La Garrotxa - region in Cataluña, Spain.
The soil on our properties has not been touched for over 70 years. It is our dream to realise here, through the knowledge of permaculture, a paradise for herbs, trees, medicinal plants and animals, sustaining each other and contributing to a better environment and holistic health.
